Shipping and Returns Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. 

In 2022, over 95% of our orders are being shipped within 5 business days, and more than 75% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer. 

Our fulfillment times are an estimate, but not a guarantee.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive an email to confirm your order has been shipped as soon as it is shipped. This will include an order tracking link.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Great Wealth Resources LTD (trading as psytribeglobal.com) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. In some cases you will not have to pay customs, duties and taxes if the order value is below a certain amount. For example, when shipping to the United Kingdom “You will not have to pay anything to the delivery company to receive goods worth less than £135” and “the seller will have included VAT in the total you paid” as stated here https://www.gov.uk/goods-sent-from-abroad/tax-and-duty. It is up to you to determine the order value limit for your country before you order or accept and be responsible for any customs, duties and taxes that you might be charged.

Damages

Customize the following: Great Wealth Resources LTD (trading as psytribeglobal.com) is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We ship globally, but there are some countries we can’t deliver to due to legal or shipping carrier restrictions. 

Returns Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

Returned by Customer - PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING ANY PRODUCTS. Except for Customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, as well as size exchanges are to be offered at our sole discretion and you acknowledge that every product where applicable has a size chart or applicable measurements or fitting description stated in the product title or product description and it is your responsibility to measure for correct fitting in advance of ordering. Customers residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase must contact our Customer Service and express their will to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.

We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

You will bare the cost of any returns. Return instructions will be on the receipt in the delivery which differs country to country.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore we reserve right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
